Children Classes Emphasizes:
Age group between 8 to 12
Taekwondo is very suitable for Children because it’s very flexible and adaptable, meaning that it will not unnecessarily force and strain your children, but will rather train them slowly so that they enjoy the training sessions.

Simple and easy activities that develop chidren basic skills like coordination, balance, flexibility etc.

Activities that develop major muscle groups, such as running, jumping, kicking, punching, etc

Discipline through consistent enforcement of clearly defined rules.
